Here is a description of features included in the July 2 update.
New functionality for Operators

Filters by group and operator have been added to the Statistics → Опросы page. Now you can view and analyze detailed statistics on surveys for a specific operator or group of operators.

- Pop-up windows with information about the internal chatbot's sandbox have been added to the chatbot section.
- In the internal chatbot's Playground, the comparison results between incoming phrases and key phrases are now displayed exactly as the user sees them. In addition to the match percentage, the match weight of each key phrase is also shown. You can learn more about how the chatbot's sandbox works on the page.
New functionality for Administrators

A new Localization section has been added to In the Localization section, the administrator configures the languages used to customize client-facing content.

A new column "Reason for operator call" has been added to . This allows you to analyze why an operator was called during a dialogue.
