Update from June 5, 2025

Here is a description of features included in the June 5 update.

New functionality for Operators

  1. Display of the phone number from the messenger when contacted via Telegram and WhatsApp has been added in a separate field Phone number from messenger in the client information section in the workspace and in the Dialog History section of the admin panel.

    Also the field First and Last Name, which shows the user’s first and last name as registered on the website has been added.

New functionality for Verifiers and Project Managers

  1. Display of the phone number from the messenger when contacted via Telegram and WhatsApp has been added in a separate field Phone number from messenger in the client information section in the workspace and in the Chat History section of the admin panel.

    Also the field First and Last Name, which shows the user’s first and last name as registered on the website has been added.

  2. The questions in the new post-survey have been replaced with new ones in all SupHelper languages.

  3. A Group filter has been added to the Общая статистика section. Now you can filter statistics by operator group.

  4. A quick link has been added to the original message that was replied to. The corresponding message is highlighted in colour in the Chat History section of the admin panel. Information about the answers can be found on the page Детальный просмотр диалога.

  5. An employee with the Verifier role now has access to the entire dialog history where only the bot was a participant.

    The group list editing window in the employee profile has been changed. Now, adding groups is done using a button . More details about profile editing are described in the sectionРедактирование сотрудника.

  2. Filters by RefId, group, and ID have been added to the section . Finding the desired project is now more convenient and faster!
